Getting Ready For Summer! Spring Break The Beach

Can you believe it? Spring Break and The Beach are right around the corner. I am not sure about this whole fitness thing, but I do believe that you should be safe around the water and know how to be #watersmart.
We will be opening for registration very soon, with classes starting in April; I know Spring Break is in March. So If you do plan on taking a dip and Can’t swim, Don’t the water at the beach and lake freezing plus its dangerous. You have your whole life ahead of you to have fun!!
