That\u2019s when pool stores are the busiest (at least in the northeast part of the country). It\u2019s a good idea to open your pool before that to get a headstart on the season and to beat the crowds in the pool stores.<\/p>\n<div>\n<h3 class=\"x-el x-el-h3 c2-62 c2-63 c2-1o c2-1p c2-1q c2-1r c2-1s c2-1t c2-3c c2-3 c2-2d c2-1y c2-47 c2-48 c2-49 c2-4a c2-4b\"><strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c2-3x c2-3y c2-3 c2-5m c2-31 c2-1z c2-5n\">What if you have a heated pool?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c2-3x c2-3y c2-3 c2-5m c2-31 c2-1z c2-5n\">The same rule applies: you\u2019ll still want to wait for consistent 70-degree weather.<\/strong>\u00a0You just may not be able to swim in your pool if it isn\u2019t heated.<\/p>\n<p>Whether your pool is heated or not, plan on opening up your pool 2-3 weeks before you plan on using it.
